Fingal Libraries has developed a new app that allows you access your library service at the touch of a button.

Available on the App Store or the Play Store this app allows you to have convenient user friendly access to many of the services offered by Fingal Libraries.

One useful feature of the app is that you can scan the barcode of any book to check if it is in stock in any of our libraries. If in stock in Fingal Libraries you can reserve the item and you will receive a text when it is available for collection in your local branch.

Online Resources can be accessed with ease through the app. Some of the Online Resources include Ask about Ireland, Credo Reference and Grove Art & Music. Information is also available about further learning resources that are accessible in your local library branch.

If you are looking for a quick link to Fingal Libraries Social Media content you can find it easily on the app and click through to the Library Blog or Fingal Libraries Twitter feed or Facebook page.

Other tasks such as checking your account and renewing your loans can all be carried out through the app along with finding your nearest Fingal Library branch!

The app also provides access to our free digital content which includes eBooks, Audio Books and also eZines and eNewspapers. Library Press Display is our latest digital offering an it provides access to eNewspapers and eMagazines with over 2500 publications to choose from around the world in over 60 different languages!

You can access the Fingal Library app on your Tablet, iPad, iPhone or Android phone by clicking here.
