Is Your Housing Application Up to Date?
Social Housing Assessment 2016
We are updating our records. If you made an application to us for social housing support before the 21st of September 2015 we have contacted you.
This review is nearly complete, and applicants who have not responded and returned their Social Housing Assessment Form to us will now have their application closed.
If you applied for support after this date you don’t need to contact us, unless any of your details have changed since you made the application.
If you have not completed your Social Housing Assessment Form and would like to talk with a member of the Housing Team, please contact us on 890 5380/890 5994.
Why do I need to update my records?
- Have your address or contact details changed?
If the information you gave on your application has changed we can’t contact you. If we can’t contact you your file will be closed.
- Have your family circumstances changed?
If your family details have changed we need to know as this change may affect the type of social housing support we can offer you.
- If you now don’t need social housing support tell us and we will close your file.
Closing old files helps us to provide a more efficient service.
- Updating these records helps us to get a better picture of the housing need in Fingal.
What should do I do next?
We will post a Social Housing Assessment Form 2016 to you. Fill out the form fully, then post it back to us, or return it in person. If you applied for social housing support before the 21st of September 2015 but don’t get a form in the post please contact us. Our address and contact details are at the end of this page.
Please return your form by Friday 19th August 2016.
What happens after the assessment ?
If you don’t send back the form we will assume that you are no longer in need of housing support, your file will be closed and you will be removed from the list.
Once all your information has been processed, and once you are still eligible, we will send you a list position letter.
