Exploring & Thinking Residential Mentorship Programme for artists

A fully funded two-day residential for artists is announced by the Exploring & Thinking Partnership – Fingal County, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County, South Dublin County and Dublin City Council. The residential is planned for 9 and 10 October 2024, will take place in Balbriggan, and is looking for 12 artists that currently work in or are interested in working in Early Childhood Arts.

Beach Workshops August 2024

This August Fingal County Council Environment and Climate Action Team is providing 8 beach workshops in which people can attend to learn about the beach system, litter, marine plastics, ecology and climate change.

Announcement of Loughshinny Boathouse Studio Award 2024

Fingal County Council Arts office invites applications for the Loughshinny Boathouse Studio Award, a new studio residency award open to professional visual artist(s) working in any medium. Building on from An Urgent Enquiry, a residency commissioning programme in collaboration with Wexford County Council and Dublin City Council, supported by the Arts Council’s Invitation to Collaboration Scheme in 2019, this opportunity offers an award of €20,000 and a fully funded studio for a nine-month period, commencing in September 2024.
