Fingal County Council 2019-2025 Arts Plan
Fingal County Council have formally adopted an Arts Plan 2019-2025 that seeks to enable all in Fingal to access a wide range of arts and cultural experiences, to foster diversity of arts practice and to support artists of many different backgrounds.
Fingal Arts Plan 2013-2017
Our strategy for the arts augments, complements, reinforces and builds on the success of the 2006-2010 Plan. It also builds on the successes and profile of arts development in Fingal through policy development, innovative programming, best practice, and critical thinking and evaluation.
This animated film was commissioned by Fingal County Council’s Arts Office as part of the communications strand for the 2013-17 Arts Plan. The rationale for the film was to highlight the value of the Arts in Fingal in a visual medium.
