SCHEMES COMPLETED Wellview Infill Site, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15 Construction commenced in November 2020 of 20 units comprising of 7 x 2 bed 2 storey dwellings, 7 x 3 bed 2 storey dwellings and 6 x 4 bed 2 storey dwellings in Wellview Estate, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15 and they have been completed. The 51 units will comprise of 39 affordable houses and 12 social housing units. The 12 social housing units (including 5 x Part V units) all comprise of 2 storey 4 bed houses. Four of these units will be designated for special needs and they have been completed.
