Construction commenced in Q4 of 2018 of 65 new dwelling units, and associated site development and external works.  Consisting of 43 houses comprising a mix of 2, 3, and 4 beds, and 22 apartments comprising a mix of 1, 2, and 3 beds. They have been completed.

Construction commenced in Q2 of 2020 of 4 dwellings comprised of 2 x 1 bed units and 2 x 2 bed units. They have been completed.

Part 8 public consultation commenced on 9th December 2021. Part 8 was granted at Full Council Meeting on the 14th of March 2022. Contractor on site January 2024.
