Housing in Fingal
Fingal County Council is gearing up for a busy second half of 2019 as its social housing construction programme remains on target.
Due to strong growth between 2015-2018, Fingal exceeded its targets under the Rebuilding Ireland Programme and provided 4,000 social housing solutions.
Fingal continues to have an ambitious social housing construction programme with building activity currently taking place on six sites across Fingal. For the full Housing Construction Programme, find out more here.

Project Talamh
A key component of the Fingal County Council's commitments under Rebuilding Ireland, is developing major land banks in its ownership across the county to deliver private and public housing.
Project Talamh was formed in 2017 to co-ordinate and manage the development of these lands in recognition of the important role that publicly-owned land has to play in providing housing and quality urban neighbourhoods.
A Programme Office has been established to lead the Council’s efforts in analysing and evaluating project proposals and selecting the best approach to development. The Programme Office is responsible for procuring, managing and delivering residential development projects on these lands.
