SCHEMES COMPLETED

Ladyswell Square, Dublin 15

Construction commenced in Q4 of 2018 of 65 new dwelling units, and associated site development and external works.  Consisting of 43 houses comprising a mix of 2, 3, and 4 beds, and 22 apartments comprising a mix of 1, 2, and 3 beds. They have been completed.

College Street, Baldoyle

Construction commenced in Q2 of 2020 of 4 dwellings comprised of 2 x 1 bed units and 2 x 2 bed units. They have been completed.

Wellview Infill Site, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15

Construction commenced in November 2020 of 20 units comprising of 7 x 2 bed 2 storey dwellings, 7 x 3 bed 2 storey dwellings and 6 x 4 bed 2 storey dwellings in Wellview Estate, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15 and they have been completed.

Dun Emer, Lusk, Co Dublin

Construction commenced in May 2021 of 51 units in Dun Emer, Lusk. The 51 units will comprise of 39 affordable houses and 12 social housing units. The 12 social housing units (including 5 x Part V units) all comprise of 2 storey 4 bed houses. Four of these units will be designated for special needs and they have been completed.

Cappaghfinn, Cappagh Road, Finglas, Dublin 11 (Phased Delivery)

Construction commenced in June 2021 of 69 units at Cappaghfinn consisting of 10 x 1 bed units, 26 x 2 bed units, 25 x 3 bed units, 8 x 4 bed units and they have been completed.

Church Fields Phase 2B, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15

Construction commenced on site in December 2021 of 67 dwellings including 6 x 1 bed bungalow units, 17 x 2 bed units, 34 x 3 bed units and 10 x 4 bed units and they have been completed.

Sheepmoor Site, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15

The demolition of existing single storey shop at 50 Sheepmoor Avenue, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. The proposed construction of 1 No. 3 bedroom two storey detached dwelling & all associated site development works. Part 8 was passed at the Full Council Meeting held on Monday 8th November 2021. Construction started on site Q1 2023 and has been delivered.

Infill Site Clonsilla Rd, Clonsilla, Dublin 15

Proposed construction of a 1 No. 2 bedroom two storey semi-detached dwelling and all associated site development works to the side of the existing dwelling. Part 8 granted at the Full Council Meeting on 9th November 2020. Construction started on Site Q1 2023 and has been delivered.

Church Fields Phase 3, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15                                       

Proposed development of 300 no. dwellings, 1 no. Creche facility, 1 no. communal facility, 2 no. retail units, Eastern Linear Park and all associated site development works on a 9.47ha site at Church Fields, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15. Part 8 public consultation commenced on 9th December 2021. Part 8 was granted at Full Council Meeting on the 14th of March 2022. Contractor on site January 2024.

St Ita’s, Portrane

Restoration of 14 units at St Ita’s, Portrane Avenue. Nine units have been completed and the restoration works commenced on the final 5 units and are due for completion in mid-2024.

This mixed tenure development of 172 units will have a mix of both social and affordable housing.
