PER CENT FOR ART COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY

Bracken Educate Together is a vibrant and prospering school that was established in 2007. The school has grown rapidly since and now has over 390 pupils enrolled to include over 35 different nationalities. It is a 16 classroom multi-denominational school that promotes an inclusive and child centred education which is reflective of the Educate Together Ethos. Bracken Educate Together is inviting expressions of interest from artists wishing to create new work within the context of this diverse learning environment.

The Educate Together Ethos is encapsulated by the four following terms:

• Multi-denominational

• Co- educational

• Child-centered

• Democratically run

An elaboration of these terms and more information about the Educate Together ethos may be found on the Educate Together website: http://www.educatetogether.ie/about/core-principles or email teachers Aoife Banim and Eileen Keane at [email protected]
