Bathing Season ended on September 15th

The bathing season ended on the 15th September, so there won't be Lifeguards on duty and water quality sampling will not take place until 2023. However our beaches can be enjoyed all year round. Refer to www.irishwatersafety.ie and www.beaches.ie for advice. 

Resample results taken on the 20th of September at Burrow Beach, Sutton have been received today (following a technical delay).

Results have met the standard for ‘excellent’ water quality. As results the prohibition notice has been lifted.
