The HSE have agreed to its removal after a seawater test sample taken Monday 26th June met the standard for Good Water Quality.

All the following identified bathing waters met the standard for “excellent” water quality;
South Strand Skerries.
Loughshinny Beach.
Rush North Beach.
Rush South Beach.
Portrane Beach.
One beach met the standard for “good” water quality; Front Strand beach, Balbriggan (* resample arranged 30/6/23). The HSE agreed the recommendation to remove the Prohibition (Do not Swim) Notice at Balbriggan. The All Season Advisory notice remains.
Bathing Water Quality results from samples collected on 27th June, 2023 from Donabate to Claremont Beaches are expected tomorrow.
