Increase your range of movement, build strength, balance, and coordination (to help with fall prevention) with a gentle 4-week chair exercise course where you can work at your own pace. Linda will use resistance bands, however if you want to challenge yourself a little more why not bring two water bottles. Let’s move it or lose it!

Please Note: This workshop involves physical movement. If you have issues with mobility or balance, please consult your doctor to help you decide if this event is right for you.
