Room for a Student Scheme
Fingal County Council Tenants can now apply for permission to rent a room to a student. Application forms and Frequently Asked Questions for Tenants and Students are available here.
Completed application forms can be submitted by email to [email protected] or by post to Room for a Student Section, Housing Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, D15 W638.
Note: The acceptance of the application form by Fingal County Council for consideration does not in any way imply that consent has been granted to the applicants to participate. Tenants are not permitted to let any person move in the dwelling with the prior consent of Fingal County Council. Approval or refusal to reside will be given in writing to the applicant(s).
