Fingal County Council has released a new vacant and derelict homes strategy which outlines how it aims to take a more proactive approach to bring vacant homes back into use.

Croí Cónaithe Refurbishment Fund -Vacant Homes Refurbishment Grant

The Croí Cónaithe Vacant Property Grant has been expanded and means all parts of the county (both urban and rural) are now eligible to be considered for the scheme should the dwelling in question fulfil the overall scheme criteria. The scheme’s expansion will help bring vacant and derelict properties back into residential use
