Airport Levy Regulations

The Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019 requires the airport authority to pay a monthly, biannual or annual charge in respect of the costs incurred or reasonably expected to be incurred by the competent authority in the performance of its functions.

Any surplus of airport levy income over actual costs incurred during a local financial year of the competent authority may be retained to be offset against costs for the subsequent year or returned to the airport authority.
