Beach Yoga

Fingal County Council Active Cities Dublin and Gym+Coffee collaborated to host yoga classes throughout the summer within Fingal during the months of July and August.

Three of Fingal County Council’s beautiful Beaches (Portmarnock, Skerries & Balbriggan) where selected so people can practice yoga in the relaxing setting of the beach, pairing the soothing influence of the ocean waves.

The uptake throughout the summer was amazing with up to 300 people participating in each of our yoga sessions.
