The Apprenticeship Incentivisation Scheme makes available financial support for companies who register apprentices to a national apprenticeship. The Apprenticeship Incentivisation Scheme has been extended until the end of December 2021.

Skills to Advance is a Government-funded initiative with upskilling and reskilling opportunities for  employees in industries going through change and whose jobs may become vulnerable in the future. 

The Dublin Regional Skills Forum is a network of nine Regional Skills Fora which encourage stronger links between employers and the education and training sector.

Apprenticeships offer a combination of on-the-job training with an employer and off-the job training at a suitable training location.

Skillnet Ireland also offers some training to eligible unemployed people, and this training is free of charge if you are unemployed.
