Celebrating Women in Sports (WIS) Videos

Fingal County Council celebrates every women and girl who plays, coaches, officiates, volunteers, works in and leads out on Women in Sport. Sport Ireland’s vision for women in sport is one where women have an equal opportunity to achieve their full potential, while enjoying a lifelong involvement in sport. Throughout the week Fingal will promote and highlight members of the community who are playing, coaching, volunteering and taking part in sports clubs and programmes across Fingal. 

Women in Sport (WIS) week is taking place March 4th– 10th 2024. Fingal’s Tuesday highlight is Phyllis and Lucy Monaghan, current participants on Fingal’s Toddler programme as they share what they enjoy about the sessions.
