Civic Amenity Sites Provision (Recycling Centres)
Recycling
Fingal County Council is offering residents of Fingal one week when combustible materials (beds, sofas, wooden doors etc.) will be accepted free of charge at Fingal County Council’s Recycling Centres starting Thursday 23rd until Friday 31st October.
This concession is being provided to reduce the amount of material which may otherwise be disposed of on bonfires locally with consequent health and safety risks and damage to public open spaces.
Residents wishing to avail of this free service will be required to produce proof of address in Fingal.
Please note that large vans or commercial vehicles are not allowed access to the Recycling Centres without prior arrangement. Only one visit per vehicle will be allowed each day.
Standard charges will still apply to non-combustible items e.g. green waste, C&D waste, metals and hazardous materials.
It should be NOTED the last entry to the Recycling Centres between these dates will be no later than one hour before closing time due to the large volume of vehicles expected i.e 7.00pm in Coolmine and Estuary Recycling Centre. The last entry to Coolmine and Estuary Recycling Centre on Saturdays is 5.00pm.
