Shortly after publication, it was noted that a number of typographical/editing errors were present in the Written Statement and in the Appendices to the Development Plan (Interim Publication). These errors were subsequently corrected and the corrected documents have been uploaded to the Fingal County Council website. Details of the errors in question are set out in an Errata Document, a link to which is included below.
Finally, it should be noted that a Ministerial Direction issued on 28th July 2023. The Direction identified land use zoned objectives to be omitted from the final Plan at land east of Junction 2 on the M2 at St. Margaret’s, two parcels of lands south of Coolquay village, and land southeast of Junction 5 on the M1 at Hedgestown, Courtlough, and that additional text in relation to noise be deleted from Chapter 8. This Direction is deemed to have immediate effect and its terms have been incorporated into the Plan as published on Fingal County Council’s website.
