AFTER by Liv O’Donoghue

This is it. It’s over. Humanity and the world as we know it are ending. We are living with a sense of impending doom, forewarned that the state of the climate and the environment hang in the balance. But what will the end of the world look like? Feel like?

One of the hits of the 2018 Dublin Fringe Festival, AFTER dives head first into the unknown emotional landscape we might find ourselves in when the end is near. Using mockumentary film and live performance, AFTER is a rough cut investigation into the very human fear of endings. Through two characters, we witness the stages of breakdown, the fallout, and all that might pass, relaying an experience that is intensely dark, but shot with humour.
