Developing My Wellness Toolbox
The Dublin North, North East Recovery College in collaboration with DDLETB and Healthy Ireland invite you to attend 'Developing my wellness toolbox'.
Develop skills, strategies and awareness that you can use to keep yourself well daily. This course will support participants to focus in on and develop their inherent strengths and motivations.
During the workshop people will explore:
- Value of staying present
- What being mentally/physically healthy looks like for me
- Tapping into my strengths
- Working with negative thoughts
- Finding my 'why' (my motivation)
Course starts Monday 17th May
Format: Six weekly, three hour long sessions from 2pm-5pm
