Fingal East Meath Flood Risk Assessment and Management Study (FEMFRAMS)

The Fingal East Meath Flood Risk Assessment and Management Study (FEMFRAMS) was undertaken and was one of  four pilot studies in the country prior to the roll-out of CFRAMS.   These plans are not statutory plans.  Under FEMFRAMS, Fingal County Council along with project partners Meath County Council and the OPW identified areas of flood risk relevant to Fingal within the study area .

An Executive Engineer, Kevin Vallely, has recently been appointed as part of the Councils Climate Change team to progress the schemes identified in CFRAMS and FEMFRAMS.
