Fingal County Council Publishes draft Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT) map

Fingal County Council has published its Annual Draft Residential Zoned Land Tax Map for 2025.

Visit https://consult.fingal.ie/en to view the Draft Map and to make a submission.

This consultation has opened for submissions from Thursday 1st February 2024 and will close on Monday 1st April 2024 regarding the following:-

(I)  either the inclusion in or exclusion from the final map of specific sites, or

(II) the date on which a site first satisfied the relevant criteria.

Submissions can be made by Friday 31st May 2024 to request a change of zoning of land identified on the Annual Draft Map 2025.
