County Hall hosts Irish Musicians during Seachtain na Gaeilge

Fingal County Council hosted a night of traditional Irish music on Tuesday, March 10, as part of Seachtain na Gaeilge. Musicians Paudie O’Connor, Aoife Ní Chaoimh and Caoimhín Ó Fearghail performed in County Hall along with musicians from Craobh Sean Treacy Comhaltas.

Playgrounds to close across Fingal

Playgrounds across Fingal, operated by Fingal County Council, will be closed from tomorrow in line with Government requirements to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Playing Pitches Update

In line with Government guidelines in relation to Coronavirus COVID-19, all GAA and Soccer fixtures have been cancelled, and all team training has been prohibited, until April 19th at the earliest. All Fingal County Council Pitches are therefore deemed unplayable until then.

Coolquay – Planning for the Future

Following a leaflet drop, a drop-in session with members of the planning team was held in Kilcoskan National School, Coolquay yesterday evening. This was very well attended, with approximately 100 people attending between 5 and 8 pm. Fingal County Council wish to thank everyone for attending.
