Circus Explored at Fingal Libraries

This summer the Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle Network (ISACS) will distribute Spinning Plate sets to Fingal Libraries. Each set includes  a postcard with a QR code linking to video tutorials for community members to learn how to spin a plate virtually with young circus practitioners. These sets can be collected by children and young people in Fingal though Fingal Libraries network of 10 branch libraries on a first come, first served basis. Circus Explored is an initiative of the Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle Network (ISACS) in association with Creative Ireland.
