Fingal Arts Office Graduate Award Publication Launch

Fingal County Council Arts Office in partnership with Block T are delighted to announce the publication launch of ‘The Impact and Instrumentalisation of Art in the Dublin Property Market: Evidence from Smithfield, Dublin 1996 – 2016, by Kerry Guinan.

The publication is the result of research carried out during the artists Graduate Award residency at BLOCK T.  The Graduate Award was established in 2014 as an opportunity to promote and support the professional practice of emerging artists. This award provides a one-year residency in BLOCK T and solo exhibition for a recent graduate from Fingal.
