Woo-hoo, Fingal’s summer music feast set to continue this Saturday

As the summer sun warms up the atmosphere, music fans will not be heading to a Country House for their next concert in Fingal, but to historic Malahide Castle as it once again is set to host a series of captivating summer music gigs when the timeless hits of Blur fill the air.

As in previous years, organisers want to create a sustainable and memorable experience, and are encouraging concertgoers to embrace alternative modes of transportation, such as public transport, walking, or cycling so that they won’t be late and arriving to Song 2 of what will undoubtedly be a memorable setlist by the iconic British band.

The annual summer concerts at Malahide Castle have become a cherished tradition for music enthusiasts, and the 2023 line-up promises an unforgettable experience. Nobody need be stuck at home for Coffee & TV, with Blur kicking of the weekend music treat on Saturday (24 June) and BRITs Rising Star Award winner Sam Fender taking to stage on Sunday. Then across the week, fans can catch the tunes of Florence & the Machine, Blondie, Sting and Hozier among others.

• "Parklife” express - Experience the convenience of public transport by hopping on the specially designated buses to Malahide Castle Demense, which will provide a seamless and comfortable journey to and from the gig. These dedicated buses will offer frequent and direct services from key locations across the region, including Dublin city centre. They ensure concertgoers can kick back, relax, and enjoy the ride, without worrying about parking, traffic, or driving whilst over the limit.
