What gets measured gets managed:

Start by looking at your bills to understand your energy, water and waste levels and use that as your a baseline.  

Start Small:

What can you realistically achieve in terms of reductions in energy, waste, and water? Don't aim too high, go for the low hanging fruits first. 

Make Sustainability a Team Effort: 

Explain to your team what you’re trying to achieve. Ask for their ideas and advice on what can be done. Build on each others ideas. Develop a plan and break it down into small actions. Update the team regularly and consider a reward when new targets are met.
