Young people from Foróige projects across Fingal have collaborated to write and produce a spoken word poetry piece about Covid-19 and the impact it is having on young people in particular.
Fingal County Council has adopted a budget of €286m for 2021 which will ensure that services are maintained and enhanced into next year. It represents an increase of €16.3m from 2020 and is the equivalent of €966.78 per head of population.

Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Fingal has announced an exciting new "Shop Fingal" initiative to promote local businesses in the run-up to Christmas. In partnership with Fingal Independent, LEO Fingal will provide paid advertisements for up to 120 businesses, helping them increase visibility while showing that they are open and available for trade.
The grant scheme has been initiated after the Fingal Community Call Forum agreed to allocate funding from the Covid-19 Emergency Fund Scheme to the area of digital poverty.
Combustible materials (beds, sofas, wooden doors etc.) will be accepted free of charge at Fingal County Council’s Recycling Centres for residents of Fingal from Wednesday, October 21 to Saturday, October 31, excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday.
