The Importance of Living in the Present with Psychotherapist Fiona Hall-Rush Library
The past is gone, the future has not happened and yet it can seem very difficult at times to be in the now, to be present in our reality.
The past is gone, the future has not happened and yet it can seem very difficult at times to be in the now, to be present in our reality. Living in the past or worrying about the future can be mentally exhausting and can hamper our happiness.
