Malahide Concerts June 2024 - Ticket Lottery Scheme for Local Residents
We recognise that residents who live in close proximity to Malahide Demesne may be directly impacted by the concerts that will take place in June and July 2024. Fingal County Council is committed to working with local residents in this regard.
The Council will be holding a ticket lottery for a number of complimentary tickets for local residents. If your household is in the 1.5km of the concert stage location, you may qualify to apply for the draw for tickets. As in previous years, winning tickets are not guaranteed for all residents and one application per household may only be made. It is not possible to allocate tickets for specific concerts.
Terms and conditions, eligibility and key deadlines for the Malahide Concert Ticket Lottery Scheme are listed below.
Properties within the eligible catchment area will receive a leaflet with details of how to apply. Leaflets will be delivered between Monday, 15th April and Tuesday, 23rd April.
The following terms and conditions apply to anyone applying to the Malahide Concert Ticket Lottery scheme:
- The deadline for ticket applications is Friday, 17th May 2024 @ 17.00hrs. No applications will be accepted after this time.
- To register in the draw for resident tickets, use the QR code on the leaflet delivered to eligible addresses and complete the online application form.
- All data collected is in compliance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003. Any information collected is solely for use by Fingal County Council and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
- Your Eircode must be included in your application and this will be used to verify the eligibility of your address. Registration is restricted to one application (two tickets) per Eircode. Multiple applications from the same Eircode may result in ALL applications from this Eircode being disqualified.
- Tickets will be drawn through a Lottery system and therefore it is not possible to allocate tickets for specific concerts.
- The results of the ticket lottery draw are final and binding in all respects on all participants. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Successful households will be notified no later than Friday, 7th June 2024.
- Tickets will be delivered to the successful applicants by registered post to the address and Eircode on the application. No substitute addresses may be used.
- Tickets secured in the Malahide Concert Ticket Lottery are for personal use only by the specified resident who has applied and lives within the eligible area.
- No resident tickets shall be re-sold on a secondary website. Anyone found to be re-selling their ticket will risk their ticket being cancelled and will be refused entry into the concert site. They will also be excluded from any future draw.
Category 1
80% of complimentary resident’s tickets will be allocated in each draw to households within the Category 1 area, see list below. Households which fall within Category 1, may apply for two tickets per household. Each resident must meet the Eligibility Criteria i.e. a verified Eircode within the assigned area. Once your address is determined eligible, it will then be entered into the draw for complimentary tickets.
