Fingal County Council will be celebrating the Irish Language and culture throughout the Seachtain na Gaeilge festival which runs from March 1-17 2022 including a live music event in County Hall on Wednesday March 9th.

There are many stories relating to the era of conflict in Fingal between 1914 and 1945. Some are widely known and commemorated, other stories may just be known within families or communities. Met Éireann has announced an Orange Weather Warning will be in place across 14 counties as Storm Eunice tracks across Ireland overnight. That warning includes all of Dublin and will be in effect from 3am until 3pm tomorrow (18 February).
