Fingal County Council’s Arts Office presents ‘Once Upon a Sound at THE HIDE SCULPTURE’ which sees acclaimed broadcaster Donal Dineen take us on a deep exploration of music in the company of some of the finest music makers in the land. 

James English RHA, an artist from Loughshinny was the awarded the 2020 Fingal County Council Graphic Studio Award.

Next week sees the second Fingal Inclusion Week with over 37 virtual events taking place around the County.

The week, which runs from November 16th to 21st is an initiative of Fingal County Council Community Development Department and the Fingal Public Participation Network.

The grant scheme has been initiated after the Fingal Community Call Forum agreed to allocate funding from the Covid-19 Emergency Fund Scheme to the area of digital poverty.

Fingal County Council Sports Office are launching a pilot HomeFit Programme next Monday 9th November. These free, online classes are open to all levels of ability and will be 30min fitness sessions delivered by qualified coaches for 3 weeks.

This evening from 5pm until 10pm the Halloween animation will take place on the front walls of Swords Castle.  However, due to high winds we have had to decommission the display on North Street.
