Calling all Fingal based community arts groups, professional and amateur artists!  Fingal County Council Arts Office and Fingal Libraries would like to invite you to get ready for Swords Cultural Quarter Consultation Sessions

Now in its ninth year, the festival will run from 1st to 16th November across Fingal Libraries. This year’s festival introduces a new two-day showcase of author talks in the Carnegie Free Library, North Street, Swords, on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th November.
