Fingal County Council today published its Gender Pay Gap Report for 2022. The gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across a workforce. Employers with more than 250 employees in Ireland are now required to publish their gender pay gap data.

Fingal County Council have gritted over 600 km of roads overnight during the current cold weather. This represents half of our total road network.
