Fingal Sports Office presents free online Fingal HomeFit Pilates course

Jayne from Corehealth will teach the 4-week course starting from Wednesday 7 April at 1pm.

Fingal County Council Sports Office is hosting a free online Pilates course in another addition to the Fingal Homefit live series.

Jayne from Corehealth will teach the 4-week course starting from Wednesday 7 April at 1pm.

Pilates is a non-impact form of exercise using controlled movements to improve posture, strength and flexibility.

No prior experience is necessary for these classes which are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Mayor of Fingal, Cllr David Healy said: “It’s fantastic to see that Fingal County Council Sports Office are offering another online exercise programme for the community of Fingal.

“These online programmes have been essential over the past couple of months and have been so important in the daily routine of many.”
