The Temporary Bathing Prohibition Notice for Burrow Beach, Sutton has been lifted. The HSE have agreed to its removal after a seawater test sample taken last Thursday met the standard for Good Water Quality.

Fingal has a new leader after Cllr Adrian Henchy (Fianna Fáil) was elected by fellow Councillors today to become the region’s 18th Mayor.

Fingal County Council has appointed Jons Civil Engineering as contractors for the Harry Reynolds Road Pedestrian and Cycle Route.

Fingal County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Government Act 2001 as extended by Section 89 of the HARBOURS ACT 1996 hereby gives notice that it proposes to adopt Fingal County Council Harbour Bye-Laws 2023.

An application for a foreshore lease, licence and section 10 consent has been made by the Department of Planning and Strategic Infrastructure.

A new Labour councillor was officially co-opted onto Fingal County Council today, as Cllr Brendan Ryan filled the seat left vacant by the resignation of Seána Ó Rodaigh. Cllr Ryan will represent the Balbriggan Local Electoral Area.
