Fingal County Council has prepared a Draft Framework Plan for the Stephenstown and Folkstown Little areas of Balbriggan and we want your views.  Stakeholder and public engagement are central to the Plan and submissions are welcome from Thursday 17th October 2024 to Friday 15th November.

Fingal County Council are getting ready to launch the new National e Planning portal which will enable users to lodge a planning application online.

The Government’s ‘Housing For All – A New Housing Plan for Ireland ‘ proposed a new tax to activate vacant land for residential purposes as a part of the Pathway to Increasing New Housing Supply.

The preferred option for the N2 Rath Roundabout to Kilmoon Cross Project has been identified and is detailed within the Options Selection Report. This Report is available for viewing or download, free of charge, on the N2 Rath to Kilmoon Project website: www.N2Rath2Kilmoon.ie
